Area of Responsibility:

  • The objection of the function is to perform clerical duties within the Accounts & Administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting and Administrative department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • assist with preparing and filing internal documents
  • taking an inventory of stationery and office equipment and running office errands and any other duties so assigned by either department


  • A ‘Level Accounts or Associate Degree or equivalent in Business Administration
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programmes
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an asset

Personal Requirements:

  • able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
  • good oral and written communication skills
  • must be able to work as part of a team
  • neat, professional personal appearance


  • Will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
